The half year is likely to be a good one, so I am bemused why some are selling off.

From the Investment update document in November

15 November 2022: Quickstep Holdings Ltd (ASX: QHL) (Quickstep or the Company) is pleased to provide an
investor presentation covering business updates, FY23 outlook, growth plans and US expansion strategy.
    FY23 forecast highlights include:
    • Revenue $100 million (94% contracted), up >15% yoy
    • >80% of revenue growth coming from new lines of business
    • Record order backlog of ~$200 million
    • Underlying EBITDA of $6.5 million, up >35% yoy
    • Underlying PBT improvement over FY22
    • Continued investment in growth across the group

Refresh your memories form the Investor update announcements Nov 15 2022

Clearly, the company is re-investing its profit from the core Aerostructures business into 2 new growth businesses - Aftermarket and Applied Composites
I seriously cannot see why the SP is sliding. There are a lot of other companies far worse off than QHL
When they do release the half year give it a bit of punch and investors will come
