Financial markets are tipped to collapse if Biden wins US election so I'm sure our astute Chinese investors will be waiting to see the result before proceeding. If Biden's policy of increasing taxes during a Covid induced recession go ahead this will result in a global financial catastrophe. The ramifications of that are obvious and therefore justify the current procrastination by lenders. Plain as the nose on your face IMHO yet so far this has escaped mention. If Biden wins all bets are off, if Trump wins it's off to the races. Simple as that...
