In this climate of alternative facts, fake news, and conspiracy theories you have to question who's doing the tipping, were they accurately quoted in context, and what is their agenda? IMO the tipster would be correct to include a qualifier: the greatest risk to financial markets is if Trump is beaten, and refuses to go. But such discussions are best left to HC's esteemed political forums. I can't be bothered with them because neither side will ever convince the other.
