Financial, Medical, Trial Specialist New CEO??

    Who are we looking for as a CEO? Financial ? Medical? Trial Specialist? Other?

    I would put Dave as a trial specialist. The trials have been set up and the device backed by science, if they are looking for a different specialist to drive the company forward who should that be?
    Given the complexity surrounding this device and its clinical setting I would be looking for someone younger in the mould of Dr Miller backed by a strong 2ic in who could administer the trials and cover the financial aspect.
