"Taking over" a company is something often spoken of without fully understanding just how cheap that talk really is.
Plenty of ways to skin a technology cat with buying 51% of the shares.
Anyway with one billion shares on offer if the technology has real value then at $120 million starting market cap its petty cash in this industry.75% of the shares would need to tightly heard and thats not the case here. One thing is for certain in capital markets value always finds a buyer and a funder.
