Validation for me is the retail market making a decision to purchase a product, not a decision by a company individual that money could make a difference to a company they represent will agree to test market a product.
Fender I would argue its a bit different in this case. We are talking about Novartis putting TPM into their world leading Voltaren product with sales of hundreds of millions already.
Yes they might be testing the product in India, but my point is that they have tested the effectiveness of TPM to deliver diclofenac, which poh showed up to 400% better, so in regards to the science being questioned, this itself is external proof it must work.
