To me its means she was an opportunistic crook who took her employer, her shareholders and her fellow staff members for a ride threatening everyone's futures so she could build a greedy little nest egg and live beyond her means. It has nothing to do with the science and what she believes.
In fact on reflection Im sure she believed in the science because its this TPM platform and its commercialisation and clinical success to date that allowed her to pursue her crooked ways. POH was an ideal vehicle for her scam.
Anyway its over - she has been caught and POH will succeed now without her. A footnote- While Esra was a very accomplished Biochemist with many papers to her credit and was oart of the Monash team that invented AOD9604- she hasn't actually worked in the POH Lab since she became CEO. POHs IP has been looked after by Paul Gavin & Roksan Libinaki which is some comfort to me as our programs are not impacted in any way by her resignation
