fail to see how having a majority shareholder as a board member is a bad thing? she was very vocal in the displeasure of the antics of the company at the last AGM. Seems like she'll bring her broom and rid us of under performers.
agree whole heartedly that we need to probably clean the rest out (Victor and Gerd) and get some industry professionals on to steer us to the promised land
