There are so many new subjects at the moment.....l will add to this one.

This is only a spur of the moment thought and may of been already discussed.

Can VCR offer an unlimited amount of shares for the SPP
eg $10m $15m $20m etc, this maybe an excellent time to be oversubscribed and give the extra cash that is required, the downside would be dilution with so many more shares.

Perhaps look beyond the $5,000 limit SPP, $10k or 15k....this can compensate the ones that cannot afford it at present time and will reduce the amount of pressure on majority of shareholders having to particpate or with lesser amounts.

Introduction of an attaching option(s) as incentive to take up the SPP and also once exercised will bring in some vital money for VCR.

As l said just spur of the moment stuff and not stealing anyones thunder, just haven`t read all previous posts.
