Did you see what happened with insider trading on clinical results (http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/01/15/doctor-at-insider-trading-trial-testifies-it-was-like-he-was-in-the-room/)

if the results are not released to the market there would be much opportunity for insider trading. In fact for most studies the blood tests will be done by on independent 3 rd party, and I believe this is the case for Invion's Lupus Ph 2.

So when the prelim results come in to the Board from the independent 3rd party, i'm having trouble understanding how under the rules they could not announce... how could they tell another pharma company and not tell us investors?

1. announce results
2. CR

or they could just go CR, which would probably mean a bit of a dip (i would not be happy!) :)
