Any Company can disclose confidential information to another party under a confidentiality agreement. If there are commercial (partnership) negotiations under way, you can be certain that there will be a huge amount of information disclosed that is not available to the market. No sane company will commit (hopefully) large sums to IVX on the information publically available.
