It appears you may not have fully comprehended the reply post by W27.If insider trading does occur, (highly unlikely) most companies going through negotiations travel this path for a reason.
If we are having discussions we let the board decide in the best interests of the company and shareholders.
Interim results are at the discretion of the board and I assume at this stage it is not prudent to disclose.
I am more than prepared to wait for an outcome, either way,we have A highly experienced board probably the best in Australia in this field.
Be patient and hopefully reap the the ongoing rewards this company may provide.
