    Hi Tas,

    The conv note issue is a fairly recent initiative intigated by new management which took over in OCT 04.

    The Perolin line of credit will see them over the line in my opinion, but yes they are just about insolvent.

    MD very astute have talked with him at AGM. NO fool.
