Financial position

So, I just looked over bradken's end of year 2016 financial report, and figured out that I have no clue when it comes to bradken's financial statements...

My appologies for not being more useful, but in my field numbers are important, but I speak in English, not finance..

So I have some questions for anyone able to interpret the numbers for me..

1. What is bradken's debt position, cause last year we made a loss of 241milion avccording to the report, so does that mean we hold debt of huge amounts and the redeemable preference shares that were taken up by sigdo and gave us 70 mil is just a drop in the ocean?? Or was that 241mil loss a write off of assets in the restructure??

2. Last years income, as far as I can see it was round 140mil, is that correct??

Thanks in advance for any assistance in interpretation... I just want to find out where we are up to???
