I know a lot of traders & brokers that have been trading this very very successfully for .1/.2 of a cent over the last few months. They have been caught this time and are stuck. That is why there is a heavy sell side and never ending sellers. There is no volume to flush these guys out. Throw in a CR which was so urgent at the time, yet seems not urgent at all right now.
Too many shares and not enough buyers and volume.
