Swami, the 25% oil cut was from the very first announcement, and was due to the intorduction of 500 barrells of water in the initial flow test. That water was expected to have been recovered "over a few days days" so it is not right to consider that the oil / water ratio is still 25% / 75%.
This is backed up by the later announcement on 22 April which states clearly they achieved 331 BOPD, then choked it back to 250 BOPD.
