SDL have released there financial report, along with resolutions that they wish us to vote on at the AGM (28:11). 80 odd pages, haven't had a chance to read full reort yet, will try and make sense of it tonight.
Resolutions asking us to increase directors remuneration to be voted on. Anybody with experience in non producing IO juniors directors remuneration, I would be very interested in your opinion on the resolutions, and wondering if there are better options available?
