Hi,

Just my humble thoughts in regards to increased remuneration. What value would SDL have if we didn't have the current management team, that have acheived so much progress in such a short period of time? My guess is that it would be even less than what it is now. Management can't help what is going on in global markets and I am glad they are just getting on with business. We need highly motivated people to get this mine up and running.
