Yes, your statement that "anyone who did do any DD would understand the 4c quite easily" is very true. IMO that's exactly why it wasn't brought up earlier.
The practice of selectively omitting (consciously or unconsciously) from financial message board discussion any company announcements which must be published to meet exchange regulations is not a good thing. And if discussion does begin later, it's not helpful to try to imply that the figures were rosy and that Prana's present and future have no serious issues to overcome. Of course the exchanges do not require that financials should be discussed on message boards, but it's rare when any forum doesn't talk about something as eventful as a quarterly report. IMO with the scarcity of Prana's news, anything should be read and studied as an assist to future personal actions.
