    Hi Mongo,

    from my point of view it's fine. Don't buy BHP if you need higher dividends.

    Let's assume someone has $100,000 worth of BHP. He'll get his $2000 dividend per year, but $8000 is reinvested by Kloppers on his behalf. Kloppers has a track record of getting him 25-30% on this money. So buying BHP on the dips and going to sleep is quite a valid strategy these days. If he needs income, in theory he can sell $8000 worth of his stock to approximate his year ago position.
