    IMO “Cleaning up the balance sheets” and 20:1 consolidation suggests a CR post consolidation. To extinguish the 12M worth of liabilities (8.5m of borrowings) , the dilution will be painful. Tillerstack segment is doing pretty good though.. yet to see the 2M cash payment from mayurez
