i agree with you on consolidation of operations prior to takeover, good luck to them on that front though, as they could probably bring it on line pretty soon with revenue generated from existing ops.

With regards to the SP down, the debt is the scary thing, but if you consider it within the life cycle of the project, they have just hit their next step up in gold production, so if they pull a few more quarters at those 5g/t levels then that debt is minor. They seem to have consolidated ops, at 1.2mta ore vs a plan of 1mta so this is one of the better opportunities.
