As sometimes happens on the stockmarket, we're seeing a downward spiral in SP that doesn't match up with real world events. It's a classic stampede where individuals in the herd don't know why they ran past 30 cents, 25 cents, and now 20 cents. People are selling because the SP is dropping and the SP is dropping because people are selling. Anyone can read the chart, use a ruler, and calculate that SP will be 0 cents in Mar 2016.

Meanwhile in the real world, people still need their mammograms, dental x rays, CAT scans, MRI scans, and so on. What happens when the next quarterly reveals Capitol Health isn't actually dying? We shall see...
