I call B/S on some of the additions that Tommy has jammed into the regurgitated article ; comment from that German article which coincides with avz ann that icc will look at the preemptation rights first to see if the case as a whole has any merit ties in with the wording from the AVZ announcement .

Since when does ICC provide timing outside a couple of months on any of its proceedings , but yet good merit of case is still not founded , but yet they set for April next year ( 6 months away ) according to Zijin as he says
