Where did you get that the court case was lulled out of lubumbashi and sent to kinshasha? My understanding was the court case/tribunal was wrapped up in Lubumbashi in Dathomir's favour, and it was the seperate IGF case file (not a court case) that had been transferred to Kinshasha?

and honestly given the lack of info from AVZ management and the close scrutiny that AFR knows will be on this story, id be leaning towards accepting the presented information from Zijin regarding an ICC hearing having been set for April 2023. They wre a party to the case, after all.

None of this looks good, though TR is heavily biased against AVZ and is regurgitating a lot of info. This was always going to continue given the heated exchanges of words and accusations between our holders and TR on Twitter.
