There was an article by Trevor Sykes [Pierpont] in the Financial Review dated 3 October 2014 titled: "Rabble 2, Directors 0 - Pierpont ready to give up fight"
In his usual humorous way, Pierpont looks at the track record of PPN, the failed appointment of the CEO's son, Michael Trimble, to the board, the failure to provide annual reports, Sandy Constantine and the failed attempt by G Spot Investments Pty Ltd to acquire PPN shares.
