Can't help but think how much sense it now makes that two new conditions are imposed. Makes the delay in the announcement understandable as the "new conditions" were decided upon. The company would have been briefed on the extra conditions or they may have even offered them up themselves. Makes the deafening silence from Lynas understandable also. How could they have been seen to be commenting on this slow process if they were part of the reason why the decision was delayed.
Hope I'm right otherwise I'm going to have to work for a few more years.
