i agree with you , japan will need more IO and steel for rebuild the country , price only van up and need more stock , also the news will very close now , maybe the drill report ANN in the next few day first .
if the people think sdl will downturn ,please sell it , don't keep it and all the time say will downturn , sorry , maybe they don't hold any stock,IMO
