07-08 Earnings once the Magna deal is done = $11+ million (before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) similar to the figure I posted a couple of months ago! Plus - two / three acquisitions with in the next three months! Which would increase the $11 million to $12, $13 $14 million??? These are just 3 targets from a list of a dozen companies which are on Destra’s acquisition radar! Dom also ruled out a short term bid for qfx due is being none profitable! So wait till/if it turns and I’m sure a bid will come. What value do we now put on Destra? I’ll review some figure shortly.
