" Less staff" I suspect they are just shifting staff from drilling to developing drifts and stopes around there wont be any less staff maybe a few more topside loader work and undergroiund for mucking out and scrapping.
Ayway it looks like the burn will continue even with trial mining IMHO unless they get higher grade
