I don’t understand your reasoning. Why sell the heads because they have ‘free’ options?

Those ‘free’ options will expire worthless unless 6.3 cents each is stumped up prior to 8/3/25.
Options will only be exercised if the head price at that date (or before) is over 6.3c each.

Assuming all goes to plan the head price by March ’25 will be (significantly) greater than 6.3c. That will then allow head holders (if need be) to sell a portion of their head holdings to fund the exercising of the options.

So why would you sell your heads now with the price well under the 6.3c exercise price?
