Yes indeed. I had a look at the FED calendar after Silv's post and it "rang alarm bells".

The last meeting was Sep 21-22 and the next meeting was set down for Nov 1-2. To suddenly come up with a "Closed Board Meeting" on Oct 3 is somewhat worrying. I wonder if they will follow BoE and change direction because the omens are not looking good. America is a "wasteland" largely because of the FED IMO!
