Sorry Hila but I dont see the f'up you see. Should the SP be higher, most definitely, but they have raised a large amount of money in a difficult time, on a resource that many experts are trying to question its value when other resources worldwide will supposedly cover any market shortages in supply (which i dont believe).
You are expecting a lovely cruising run up to $1.50+...hardly ever happens...again, get a grip.
