Yes, interpreation of scans is getting better by more skilled clinicians and for different illnesses as time goes on. MRI is always favourable to CT as well when clincially appropriate due to things like radiation issues etc with CT, although new software for CT keeps radiation rather low.
The only problem I had seen with CAJ was that the shares looked too expensive over the past year when looking at p/e and book value. I have waited a long time to this moment to buy in. I think they are good value at 20-30c.
There is always a chance that someone knows something we don't, but I think it is unlikely, and it is just sentiment about foward earnings due to the proposed rebate changes. However I believe it will have little impact even if it does go ahead.
