Does anyone know what the asx / asic requirements (if any) are regarding directors obligations to disclose price sensitive information when price has crashed so severely for a non spec company?
It would seem reasonable in the circumstances for shareholders to email MD....
1. seeking confirmation that there is no new price sensitive information known to the company other than what has already been released to the asx, and
2. seeking answer to general question as to whether there are any known reasons why price has crash so severely.
And it would seem reasonable that he take anxious shareholder concerns on board and respond to such questions.
What did you ask him Gemma?
