Directors have an obligation to disclose any price sensitive information when it becomes known to them.
If nothing has changed, or the information is already in the public arena(such as government policy changes) there is no obligation on them to make any statements.
The company has alrady disclosed very comprehensive financials for the first 4 months of the financial year.
Medicare discloses its financials for everyone to see.
There is nothing more to see here!
Look at the known information for reasons for the price drop.
imo, too many here falling for the shorters trap. ie. if price fallling, something must be wrong, so sell!
