You could of course factor in some 'rising costs'. Interest rates rising, salary increases.
But you could also factor in, somehow, the yet to happen aspects: I guess estimates:
Lithium salts, (CXL), and the profits from a 18% stake (minimum) in the POSCO JV. Hard to quantify, but then again its all 'estimates'. Dont get me wrong: I like what you've done !
