the idea behind cosmetics is sound - products can be fast tracked and brought to market for a fraction of the drug route - but they had no expertise in the field, they needed an experienced big brother. Esra's time would be better spent doing science not sales pitches. She may be good at sales but her comparative advantage is surely in developing the technology itself. Not said with the benefit of hindsight, I said it at the time.
