Mak - the uditors will need to have reasonable grounds to believe the company can continue as a going concern.
POH should have no great difficulty in getting funding, given the spread of possible applications. But given they are still a long way from realising any of the projects and the cosmeceutical launch is not yet begun, it will be very interesting to see the price they have to pay.
