I don't see 6 mil, I see consolidated cash reserves of 2.7 mil.
Sure cash reservers, but they have more than just cash reserves equalling $6mill. Regardless, POHs costs have been reducing due to key partners paying for research. $2.7mill is plenty for them to survive on as a going concern for the foreseeable future, taking out the capital required to progress Oxy (which they won't be doing until funding is secured anyway).
