Doesn't sound like a SPP to me, more likely a partnership with a nice upfront and agreed milestone payments
I think if this was the case they would have said so. it looks like an SPP, at least part of total funding is on the cards.
Whatever it takes to take away the uncertainty of taking OXY through trials to commercialisation will surely be a positive.
