I feel the US will turn much quicker than people expect.
The low US dollar is going to be a mojor factor in the recovery.
Put it this way i know a lot of people that are travelling to the US this year and I'm looking at purchasing real estate there and I"m not the only one.
Wasn't so long ago when I remember the Aussie dollar was at an all time low against the US and we all know what a plus that was.
