I understand and agree with your statement but what if the directors are absolved from action and found not at fault . Wouldn't the class actions have to be re-directed . ?

If the Directiors are found not to be at fault, then presumably cost would be awarded to the Directors against the Plaintiffs (class action persons)
What does that mean
