    Engaged Pitt Capital Partners to help raise capital (sure up balance sheet)

    Looking at an Oz acquisition (where they don’t have much presence)


    Doesn’t sound like a company who is struggling does it…


    For me, awaiting confirmation of the Blackwater deal and also the 3rd quarter report.
