Happy New Year everyone.

So, we have a deadline extension to end of March '23 for financial reporting. Apparently, 2020 will be released then and others be later in the year. I think it is plain to see that ASIC is working with Animoca to resolve the continuing issues that arise because they wouldn't be giving extensions.

My presumption is that we are doing the hard work of setting an example for other companies to follow. Keeping in mind that as one interpretation is set, a law is required or legal validity. ASIC cannot give each company their individual interpretation as it will become a dog's breakfast but also leaves itself wide open to court battles.

Considering how the tech/crypto sector has performed in 2022, maybe this year might be the time to not worry about relistings and we get our house into order. I am not going to predict how long the crypto winter will last but I am happy to plant a few seeds and wait for spring to arrive.
