Animoca aren't listed on the ASX so they have nothing to do with it.
The moment reports are lodged with ASIC they are a public record, so you can't lodge secretly.
They haven't been lodged in time, there would hopefully be communication between Animoca, the auditor and ASIC. Im guessing there might be a few days grace but any more than that and I'd expect an announcement about a new agreed deadline.
