    In the same ann you linked it states they are working on a 30m revolving credit facility.  that plus the remaining payments on delivery will take care of cash flow for 2017.



    Also im sure they wont have any issue selling their product in 2017 and the customers were advised throughout about the delays especially considering it was to improve the product for their consumption.
