    Hi Dee

I dunno how long the facility is in place for.

I suppose if both parties are happy with the process and the result, then I see no reason why they wouldnt keep on using it.

I get the sense that BRT will keep on reinvesting any profits they make into the manufacturing cycle, so using this facility seems like something they will continually find useful.

BigRed... lets think about it. That sum wouldnt be for a series of independant retailers, as they wont turn over that much stock.
So... its either one or two large retailers, or maybe one or two websites.

Either way, it would be great if communication from the company increased.

I mean there is nothing wrong with revenues flowing through the quarterly, but the fact is the SP is so low bc of a lack of communication, not because the business isnt doing well.

We were 20c 9 months ago because the company was keeping the market informed.

The company is alot more mature now, both in terms of where they are in their evolution and also with the people on board, so they should be even more cognisant of not only their current shareholders, but also their ability to attract new shareholders.

The only way to do this is via communication.

    Anyway, I digress.

The factoring agreement IMO is a very good thing, come at a critical time in the evolution of the business... and depending on the terms and how long its in place for, gives me greater confidence that the $20m revenue target will be reached.
