I think you might be right d.
Another thing that interests me at the moment is the effect of the delays (and this court BS) on existing/future Suppliers and Contractors at site. Continuity.....
In the current environment (equipment supply & construct) I suspect AIM Mgement will need a very savvy Project Manager - on their side to keep on the paperwork. Not sure I see anyone with that nic atm.
Anyway - look's like May will be a busy month! It'll only be a year till first Zn flot con!!!
