well i dont know how many Oz of gold we save with this new arrangement but the establishment fee seem abit excessive to me.
5mil x 16c = $800000 which is abt 10%
I think they been keeping the down so it doesnt look so bad for them.
Plus the break fee which was paid in cash and we dont even know how much. another mil may be??
May be they should just cancel the gold prepay and raise the 8mil later on if we do need it.
anyway let's hope it all up from here.
